Yokosuka MXY7 "Ohka"|Brengun |1/48
Small side project is finally finished - Brenguns "Ohka". The kit itselfg is quite cheap to have, so it has some issues, mainly reworks on the body are neccessary etc. After all, a great fun build for in between. https://s13.postimg.org/i8riayzuf/ohkafertig10.jpg https://s13.postimg.org/m5...

Re: 1/48 UH-34D | Operation "Deep Freeze" |Gallery Models
Had exactly this thought, Stik. My LHS has some in stash. When I bought the kit I saw the box art and thought "Yeah, thats nice!" until the research progress started. Then I stumbled upon the pictures shown above and found it even more interesting. Bad luck that my LHS really has NAVY nube...

Re: 1/48 UH-34D | Operation "Deep Freeze" |Gallery Models
Busy days... Christmas time in the Ore Mountains. ;) Not much done here so far. Had to find out which font is correct for the tail lettering (I want to cut masks for it). The search took a while, until I found out its called "USN font". Well, at least the tail got its primer. :) http://pre...

Re: 1/48 UH-34D | Operation "Deep Freeze" |Gallery Models
Exactly. Its pretty simple. Just use some filler (for walls for example, should be available in almost every household store) and mix it with water until its consistence is pretty thick. Like pudding so to say. Bring it on the base, and smoothen it with the help of a piece of wood or use cardboard i...
