Wings are folded upside down next to the propellers. Meaning they fold down then up to tuck in behind wing root to fuselage and tail. Look at various pics of how they're folded. My guess the Vikings fold the same way as the Hawkeyes. It shouldnt be too hard to do. Perhaps a really sharp Z series Xacto blade on flat surface - on tape so you don't lose them. Work slowly.

Yeah I know how they fold. And Vikings fold up and above the fuselage.
