I got that one a year or two ago, have the 1/48 C-130 and an H-19 (box scale, I believe). Guess I’ll have to put Carlos in the will!
To make each build less crappy than the last one. Or, put another way, "Better than the last one, not as good as the next one!"..

I could kick myself as many times as I passed up those kits when they were affordable... :headslap:

At least I did snag the 1/48 B-1 and B-29 for good prices... :whistle:

That's a hard one to answer as I've never been into grail kits as it were, and what I want to build changes quite often. I'd love to see a decent 1/48 selection of the GA aircraft I used to work on, then I'd be getting some.

I think I still have one 29 and three 52’s. Bought them when I could.

If I still built 1/72, I’d want the Soviet bombers...
Backfire
Blinder
Badger
Bear
Beagle

Most of those would be huge in 1/48... :shocked:

Carlos, I've built all of those but the Bear. Gotta rectify that.

It's hard for me to figure out what I'd want to build that I haven't already built since I've built almost everything in my chosen scale. Anything I'd want to add to my list is not in production in my scale:

Armor:
-> Ontos
-> M-47 Patton
-> M-42 Duster
-> GCT self propelled artillery
-> DANA self propelled artillery
-> Any and all South African armor and vehicles
-> M-198 towed artillery piece
-> Israeli later Magach series (with all the funky turret altering armor)

Aircraft:

Not really anything off the top of my head. Everything I might think of is already in the stash.

Ships: Preferably in 1/700 scale:

-> Russian Kara-, Kresta-, Kynda, and Kotlin class ships.
-> Italian Guisseppe Garibaldi class carriers
-> Italian Vittorio Venetto class helicopter carrier
-> Any Postwar Australian and Canadian aircraft carriers

And my number one Holy Grail kit: Chitty Chitty Bang Bang car

Oh hell. I forgot the B-1, B-52 and C-130. I really want that Revell 1/48 B-1.

I'm a slow builder and I love so many designs of all types from all eras...
Those pre-war racers always tempted me but for some strange reason there are not many kits in 1/48 out there. Mostly horrible short run stuff. But MikroMir announced this beauty last week:

Yes! I want the De Havilland now. That was why I listed the Hughes H-1 first, Torben... the only kits are very weak and hard to find.
