Thanks dudes!
It'll be a little while before I do any more on the deck. Got some other projects on my own house to do.
Started on our bedroom the other day. Got it all cleared out, painted, and halfway through ripping out the carpet. I'll start with the new flooring this evening!

Trying to stay up late..."training" for the late night airport snow removal that's supposed to be coming our way....
I have done a LOT more work! Spring projects turn into Summer projects...then Fall...then Winter...and years later!!!

When it got really hot out, people quit calling to have their driveways sealed, so I got busy around the house...

I had been collecting stones/boulders for years, with plans for the landscape. Finally having enough to get a good chunk of it out of the way...I got busy...

This is what I started with...

Image

Day 1...

Image

Day 2...
I cut out the sod...and took out some of the slope...adding the extra dirt up top...
Image

Day 4...
Many hours, and gallons of sweat....man, it was hot out there!!!
Image

The lawn also sloped up to the sidewalk....lost track of how much dirt I wheel barrowed away!
Image

After that...I got back to the bathroom.
Got the new tub installed, and some of the tile work...

As it was.... (yup, we got some RUSTY water!
Image

Image

A little more tile...and it has been "moved into"...
Image

Also did a kitchen job, for a lady my wife works with...
Before...
Cheap cabinets, painted black...
Image

Took out everything and replaced it all...
Image

To quell the x-mas day boredom....I started working on putting in new flooring on the main level of our house...
Image

Still have to finish the cedar on the front wall. I did just enough to get the TV back in place. I'm also going to build a new TV stand that fits the corner.
Image

Also put up cedar on the walls of the dinning room...
