My first build of 2020
I built this baby yesterday. A 1/1 scale Oklahoma Joe side smoker. It may not be a model, but it sure needed assembly. Heavy too! Had to have my other half help with quite a few of the steps. Sucker ways almost 200 lbs.... Now to try it out...

Smokers are the way to go. My brotherinlaw he built his own that can smoke a entire pig at once. A friend of his owns a pig farm and he helps him twice a year with butchering and in return he gets a pig. Try smoking a meatloaf with apple wood it's so good.
