Yes!! I have a subscription to Combat Aircraft and I occasionally get Airforces Monthly. Mine are on my iPad though.

One of the LHS that I used to frequent here carried Combat Aircraft. I would buy each new issue there. But when he closed his doors to retire several years ago I no longer had my source. The issues are fantastic and kept me up to date on current aircraft programs, units, etc.. And as you mention they have great photos- some articles are perfect reference materials.

Ah cool - it's interesting actually. I used to subscribe to Air Forces monthly but I let it run out after I got married. I'd not heard of Combat Aircraft until the other week when I picked it up - Man I'm so far behind on all the programs that are going on - it's great to do a bit of catching up.

On my next shopping trip to Luke, I’ll have to see if the BX carries Combat Aircraft in their reading section. It seems like a natural choice for there.
