It certainly has been a trying year. Wishing the best for your brother and neice.

I’m saddened to hear that Mike. Best wishes to them for a speedy and complete recovery!

Thanks guys! Talk about a punch to the gut. I was not expecting him to get it. Me and my brother-in-law are more at risk than my brother.

Wow...

A sister-in-law’s dad was in a nursing home and was tested negative twice until just recently, positive but showed no symptoms. (Asymptomatic) so he went into quarantine. A couple days ago, he fell and fractured his hip. Got sent to the hospital and none of his kids were allowed to see him in the ER or the hospital. Sucks, I know. He did get tested agin and it showed up negative. Anyway, he had surgery yesterday and it went well.

I believe the number of positive cases isn’t all that accurate as the politicians will admit to. I honestly believe a majority of those supposed “positive” cases were false positives. It has been documented before in the major news network before some time back. Of course, that tidbit got lost in the shuffle pretty quick.

Oh I know for a fact that the "positive" tests are done in favor of the politicians. So in order to get tested here in Houston, you call a number and get on a list. Then you sit in your car in line for hours (up to 4-5hrs). If they run out of tests for that day, so sorry, come back tomorrow. Well if you don't come back, they mark you as positive. My mother in law knows three women that happened to.

Now if that isn’t falsifying government records, I don’t know what is? This virus situation is bringing out the best and worst in people.

This is exactly why I honestly believe politicians likes to "pad their numbers" in their state.

My high school government teacher said a few things that stay with me to this day. One of them being, “figures don’t lie, but liars figure”. In short, statistics can be manipulated to reflect most any result you prefer if you know how to work them.
