Big Storm Problems

Post by Medicman71 »

Hey all. Home today prepping for a very long week. With two "storms" in the gulf and no one knowing for sure where they're going, I have to be ready to spend all week at the fire station. So just a heads up of I'm not on next week. I'll try to keep in touch but we'll have to see.

Oh and 2020 can kiss my A**!!! :ballbat:

I saw that today. One of the models show the storm hitting land at the same place back to back.
Thanks,

I remember going thru that around this time of year in 1985 at Ft Polk. And then a third one after that. Fun fun fun.

Yep! Hurricane Laura and Tropical Storm Marco are going to cross paths as some point.

Well the good news is that the hurricane is going to hit east of Houston, right on the Texas/Louisiana border. But that can change.

Well it looks like we'll be ok here in Houston. Actually it doesn't look like we'll get anything at all from the hurricane. Good for us but it's going to be bad for Louisiana.
