1/32 LS-8 (sailplane)

Another vacation build. A Revell 1/32 LS-8 glider, I picked it up for €8,- at the Aviationmegastore.

First a pics of the vacation bench with a nice view over Lac Leman/ lake Geneva.



And some work on the cockpit.

Yes, that Lake Geneva! It is a pretty and inspirational sight.

The cockpit is done. I used the seatbelt decals, washed it with an oil wash and sprayed it with flat.



Now it is going back in the box until the next vacation.

I enjoyed the beautiful lines and mouldings of this one back then. But, I could not get me to start this kit. I guess I sold it later.
Your vacation should be over these days: any news?

The LS-8 is on the my French "shelf of doom", I will continue when I am there in my next vacation. Probably Christmas.

Had to Google what the glider looked like. Very interesting.

Back on holiday, skiing this time! And during the freezing cold here (-18c!) I was back on the LS-8. The build phase was quite easy. Like one can expect from a modern Revell kit.
