Waiting for the prop to dry. White tips in front, yellow on the back - probably the worst case scenario over black. Anyhow... I'll finish this one up tomorrow

Not white and red on the prop tips?

Yes. The decal set has the red stripes for the front of the prop tips.

That makes it easy

But then again, I have a Yellow Wings decal set for the USN pre war red/yellow/blue prop stripes....

So it’s not cheating! :nono:

I have the Kitty Hawk in 1/32.....You have likely bumped this guy to third or fourth out...You are doing a marvelous job.
To make each build less crappy than the last one. Or, put another way, "Better than the last one, not as good as the next one!"..

Thanks for the kind words - struggled with a few things but overall happy with the results.
Lyle - bump it up to #1. Such a great looking iconic trainer. My build is full of problems but man I like the overall look of this bird. Plus - huge pop of color on my shelf amongst the the gray and blue cammo birds.
Thanks,
John

Not a show winner, but really like the overall look. Anyway - this one goes on the shelf.
