:hmm:

Bruce, Hobby Day is this coming Friday and Saturday, November 8 and 9. I'll have the Hall open around 10:30 AM on Friday, staying open till 10:00PM. Saturday opens at 8:00AM, staying open till 10:00PM. I would love to see you there Bruce. I plan on bringing my Nagmachon and adding all the P/E to it that day, among other models to work on. On Saturday I'll be leaving at 3:30 or so for my AMPS meeting; I have to show the latest releases to the guys there. Carlos should be there that day at AMPS too, unless he has to work. I'll be returning to the Hall between 8:30 and 9:30, depending on how late the AMPS meeting goes. I'll be there all day Friday though.

Mark I work Saturday, but I’ll be going to AMPS afterwards. Only a few more meetings that I can make for sure...

Well, it’s not like I’m leaving the country for exile in some far off isolated land. It’s just a pleasant road trip away... like going to Vegas. :giggles:

Gaily bedight,
A gallant knight,
In sunshine and in shadow,
Had journeyed long,
Singing a song,
In search of Eldorado.

But he grew old—
This knight so bold—
And o’er his heart a shadow—
Fell as he found
No spot of ground
That looked like Eldorado.

And, as his strength
Failed him at length,
He met a pilgrim shadow—
‘Shadow,’ said he,
‘Where can it be—
This land of Eldorado?’

‘Over the Mountains
Of the Moon,
Down the Valley of the Shadow,
Ride, boldly ride,’
The shade replied,—
‘If you seek for Eldorado!’

- Poe

I don’t know why that hits me but it hits, just because time is short and we have all suffered loss of family and friends whilst we search for Eldorado.

I agree Bruce! Every loss I feel reminds me I never get to spend enough time with people I love and respect. And maybe it is like going to Vegas, but it is still quite a distance. This is why I hope to see as many people at Hobby Day as I can and will keep inviting people that I love and respect.

Still in AZ today... I’ll ve heading west in the afternoon to be home in the evening in time to prep for work tomorrow. I’ll see you at AMPS afterwards my friend. Bruce, I really thing that you would enjoy an AMPS meeting. The banter in there is something else...
