Thanks Mike!

Well I've finished the first Mig-15. Not my best work but I've learnt a few things with this build that I can pass on to the next one.

And I've already started the next one - the Airfix 1/72 kit. Thus far a very nice kit that's been a lot of fun to build. It's sad that it's never had a re-run, I'd certainly build another.

So far I've painted up all the internal bit and have just glued them into one half for position. I'mm going to add some weight and then close up the fuselage today.

Thanks for taking time to look in!

Very nice, I really like how your bare metal came out, it looks wore but taken care of.

Thanks Floki!

Made some more progress on the 2nd Mig-15 - such a great little kit. There's a bit of filling to do on the upper wing root but nothing too serious!

Is the second MiG-15 the Airfix kit?

Yes indeed - this one...

It's really not a bad kit - much nicer than the HB kit.

I didn't get much on these builds done over the Holidays as I was concentrating on the Tornado. I did manage to get the Airifx Mig-15 progress this weekend though.

Here's where it is at present.

Looking good!
To make each build less crappy than the last one. Or, put another way, "Better than the last one, not as good as the next one!"..
