Thanks, everyone. There were a few pinholes here and there but a little Perfect Plastic Putty fixed them right up. The Mr Surfacer sticks to the resin well, I've had no more problems with paint peeling. I had a delay waiting for paint, but Sprue Brothers to the rescue with some Hataka C156 Aggressor Blue and Gunze 329 Blue Angels Yellow. I think it will look pretty close to the colors of the restored Stearman I used to fly once I get a gloss coat on. Like everyone else I like and obsess about getting the right blue and yellow, but the sad truth is the USAAF found that the yellow doped fabric had a short life and most trainers were just silver doped overall. Boring.

To make each build less crappy than the last one. Or, put another way, "Better than the last one, not as good as the next one!"..
