Thanks guys. Its my first time building a Beaufighter, nice looking aircraft. And the stripes really do add to it.

I have a bit more work done on the Beaufighter. I gave it a light flory wash followed by a flat coat. With the masks removed i have started to add the final bts, exhausts, rockets exhaust ring and rear canopy.
I have the last few bits to add as well as sort out some figures and i'll have this wrapped up.

Another beauty!
To make each build less crappy than the last one. Or, put another way, "Better than the last one, not as good as the next one!"..

Oh very nice. For some reason I have never been much attracted to the Sky & Extra Dark Sea Grey schemes. But this build sure is changing my thoughts on that look!

My God man.....that looks beautiful!!!
Re: Airfix 1/72nd Beaufighter TFX
Thanks guys. I do rather like this scheme as well as the later RN schemes which have the white underside and same top colours.
