1/48 RQ-4B Global Hawk

Post by Medicman71 »

To get my head back in the model building game, I decided to build the Global Hawk. No cockpit to paint so this should be a quick build (famous last words :giggles: ).

Cool subject! Its front area has some strange similarities with the head of the Alien.

Minimal interior and other such speed bumps… :hmm: I’m curious to follow this one.

Well this is the same molds as the Skunkmodels kit and it's starting to show it's age. Lots of flash (especially in the gear bays) and ejector pin marks that would foul the fit of the wings.

Nice subject, I've built the 72nd Skunkworks and really like those. It deffinetly has the look of the Alien head at the front.

Thanks Bish! Yeah it would look cool with an Alien head painted in it.

Got the fuselage and wings glued together. Now to clean up the seams.
