1:48 Mikoyan-Gurevich MiG 23

Post by Cherrylock »

this is the Tumpeter kit of this MF is very nice to build, little bit filler and grinding, but no big issue

Eduard PE parts for the cockpit...

the original:
MiG-23MF from 28 plm from Redzikowo/Slupsk, exposed at Air Show Gdynia Babie Doly. White band was applied during 'Eagle's Talon' Exercise 1997. On the white band handmade inscription 'Republic of Pyrland' (Republic of Potato).

What was 'MF' standing for again? :giggles: :bag:

That is a fantastic build in a lovely scheme, Peter. Seen this variant built by Arkady72 a few years ago and immediately fell in love with this aircraft. Have the ML in my stash and I'm planning to do an Egyptian scheme.

That looks very sharp. I can’t wait to see the rest of those Floggers!

Really captured that MiG look, the paint is amazing

Hold the lines! Move as one! In unity our victory's won
Our shields will form a mighty wall
United we shall never fall

Outstanding. The way the paint makes it look used and older. Excellent

Lovely build! I think I considered the grey scheme as well when I built my version of a Polish MiG-23... it's very attractive.
