Nice! I've never seen that kit. The jet exhaust is a nice touch. Testors for the win. Great pics.
Thanks,
John

Thanks... for the fun play factor, I’d say Testors... for the easy accurate assembly, I say Tamiya...

I'm not sure how I missed this one. Very nice paint job and Bruce did a great job on editing too.

Magnificent! Impressive work Carlos!

Stuart I can imagine how frightening that could be having those buzz by overhead. My great uncle was killed by one of these when it landed directly on his flat in the building. He had just returned from an OSS mission too and had some down time.

Man, that is cool Carlos! I remember seeing that exact same kit at Kings in Austin, many years ago now. I picked it up and thought what a great idea to have both craft in the same kit. It's a shame I didn't carry it to the checkout counter. :headslap: You've done a great job with it, and yes, the flame counts for extra coolness!!

Thanks Gary. I had the kit in my stash for at least a decade or more before I built the Okha... if you see another one for a good price, grab one. At the very least, it’s a fun quick easy build.

And John, that is a great photo of those beautiful models together. I note that you've painted your Prototype Number One in the same scheme I chose. I know there are conflicting opinions as the colors she originally wore, but I believe the available evidence best points to that one. I hope I can display my Meteor before much longer. Well done sir! :shoutout:
