You, good Sir, are an amazing model maker. Fun to watch. Entertaining subjects, witty repartee, great snacks...okay you snack are iffy.

Lyle, thank you ever so much! It's nice to know my efforts to make this readable are working. You're right though; I do need to have a chat with my snack vendor....

Thank you Stuart! Just trying to keep the momentum going. You are right about the An-124; it already is a beast! The fuselage alone measures 35 inches without the nose piece you see. In the Queen's Metric, that translates to 88.9 centimeters. add the nose and we're at about 40 inches/101.6 centimeters.

I'm hoping that soon we can have a Hobby Day so I can assemble that whole thing all at once over there. Until then, I'll continue to paint and detail the sub-assemblies and attach them to this plane as best I can.

Thanks again guys for the awesome comments!

Yep! Over a meter long! I am hoping that Hobby Days start up soon again so I can take this in and assemble the wings and tail on the fuselage. I'm not sure I have the room in my crowded Hobby Room!

Can you rent the Rose Bowl to assemble it?

Maybe before all this close-down crap happened; right now with my lack of work I can't afford it. Then again, even if I did, the take-off run would be too short to get this out of there! :giggles: :lashed:
