Modelcrazy's 2019 builds

Post by Modelcrazy »

Here are my years builds. I was able to get a few done, all planes or Sci Fi which is odd for me but almost one a month.
2020 promises to have a more eclectic mix of ships, Sci Fi, planes and helos.
1/72 Hasegawa F-16CJ. Yes, unrealistically loaded but I built it for a guy at Raytheon and told him I would load it to the teeth with Raytheon weapons

Wow, those are spectacular works! Got snow yet?

It’s about time that you added yours here!

I’m kinda liking the F-16 and TIE Striker as my favorites of the batch.

A lot of beautiful builds! How does that swordfish build? I've always wanted to pick that kit up.

Thanks Lyle, some on the mountains but nothing much here in the valley, what we do get is usually gone in a day.

Stick, thanks, mine are the Swordfish, Blenheim and Sufa.
Like I said, this year will be very eclectic I think.

Thanks Floki, it builds sweet, if you use Hasegawa's PE set for the rigging make sure you follow the instructions and don't jump ahead.

Breathtaking work. For some reason I like the BV141 most with that intriguing winter camo. But it's not a clear winner since all you've finished last year is so high quality.

Thanks BlackSheep, Medicman and Mostrich.
I did the 141 in a winter camo after I saw a pic of one in the whitewash and because frankly, I didn't want to do another dark shaded German plane. It actually was a surprisingly nice build, being an old Airfix mold, with fairly good detail minus the overly large rivets.
