Re: My recent builds
Congratulations, sir! Any notes you would like to share with us about building these? I’m curious about the P-38 and you’re the second person I know who has built it!

Re: My recent builds
That’s a nice trio of builds! Is that the new Tamiya Spitfire or the original one?

Re: My recent builds
The P 38 is typical Tamiya - everything fits. I especially liked the way they attached the gear doors - nice thick tabs that fit into slots. Nice and secure. Paints are Vallejo brushed. Came out pretty good.speedgraflex wrote:Congratulations, sir! Any notes you would like to share with us about building these? Re: My recent builds
The Ki 45 was a bit of a problem getting the wing fillets to fit properly - had to do quite a bit of sanding and filling. Also had fit problems with the engine cowls - more filler.I must have messed up because I've never had to use much filler on a ZM model and this is my fourth. Aside from that its a great kit.keavdog wrote:Nice work. Really like the ki 45.

Very nice! Well done, sir!
To make each build less crappy than the last one. Or, put another way, "Better than the last one, not as good as the next one!"..
