Post by Jeeves »

Well- I started the A-Wing last night and took these pics...Worked on it some more today and it's nearly there...The cockpit details after some dry brushing...

Just need to finish painting the pilot and then decals and weathering!

YEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE HAWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW!
To make each build less crappy than the last one. Or, put another way, "Better than the last one, not as good as the next one!"..

What are your plans for the colours: paint it or just weather the plastic?

The A-Wing was always my favorite SW craft - nice going so far.

The latter...I've repainted a few bits like the cockpit and the laser cannons but everything I've seen has this being the only scheme so I'm not too fond of painting when I don't need to....

Finished the first build! A-Wing is done...I wanted to clean up the tower a bit but my son liked it this way- it's for him so it stays as is ;)

Next up should be the Camel since it's nearly done, but I gave the FT-17 calling my name and after all, a shelf queen is a shelf queen for a reason ;) I will get her done though by gummit!

Now there is a real clunker... and I don't mean that in a bad way!
