Yeah, I guess. The intakes took a lot of the fun out of it. Bruce offered up a good solution, though. Just too many going on at one time. It isn’t dead.

Ah common problem with that kit I think. I've not built anything that size yet but I should at some point so I can see what everyone else was on about!

That would be fun to see! In this case, size isn’t a factor so much. Crappy design and manufacturing seem to be the problems.
I should not stress over that too much, though. No one sees any of the builds.

Hey, Bruce....any ideas as to what will glue paper/card stock to plastic? CA didn't. testors red tube didn't. Elmers white glue didn't.
May switch to really thin plasti-card....Hmm...……….
Re-started this one. It is #4 of the Group Build items. Had to glue the entire fuselage halves again. Seems hitting the floor split the seam...along the entire length of the body. Then, I like to never got the tape off!

Thanks, Stuart. It will be a time-filler while the C-54 is being built.

Thanks. It is still pretty rough. Not having.much luck covering the intake vanes. I do believe they will be okay?
