The Ford offerings of the Pinto and Maverick were so much more appealing than the Vega and whatever Chevy had to complete with the Maverick. Good looking cars. Had a 74 Pinto..Good car.
To make each build less crappy than the last one. Or, put another way, "Better than the last one, not as good as the next one!"..

Thanks Stuart!
I appreciate the good word from you as well Bruce. Things are going alright here. Work has me going crazy. Working around 10 hours of overtime a week now so I've been tired as of late. This'll explain my absence lately.
I had to take a break from the Maverick for a bit so I could get some more materials and goodies to make this one turn out how I want it. Plus.....I just needed a break to get something completed....hence....the T/A. I'll be back on this one soon as it looks like the T/A is nearing the end of the build.

Well gang....I made some progress on this thing this weekend. Managed to get the seat drilled and slotted to make way for the seat belt harness. The harness build up wasn't too bad outside of me not paying attention to what I was doing at times and having to go back and make some corrections along the way. This is not the period correct harness I was hoping to build but the correct one is actually harder than the Liberty shifter that I just built for this car. I'm not about to go through anything like that again on this build. lol
