The Duke Finishes Four Armor in June

Post by Duke Maddog »

Well, I was hoping to have these finished much sooner, but life got in the way a lot. At least I got them done before June ended!

Here they are, three Abrams and a Paladin.

And that's all for now. Thanks all for looking in, comments are most welcome.

Wow! Those are sharp looking builds, Mark!

:shoutout: Nice work Mark! One more Abrams in that batch and you would have a full platoon!

Thanks guys! I'm thrilled to see your replies!

Tojo, Flyhawk does do some outstanding little tank kits. I have to say that I like the Tiger Models system of mounting the tracks better though. Overall, these new companies are a very far cry above the ancient companies with the stiff vinyl tracks of old!

Carlos; if I had another kit of a different version of the Abrams I would surely have built it. As it is; with all the other Abrams I built in the past, I have at least two platoons already with these three.

Thanks to all for the awesome compliments!

Nice trio! I did some 1/72 armor years ago and for some reason I think they look so cool in that scale. But all those tiny road wheels :0
Thanks,

Thanks John! I'm quite used to all the "tiny" roadwheels. It's the even more tiny indie links that sometimes get to me!

I also like the look of all this small scale armor in this scale.

Thanks Mike!
