Update on my big brother
Re: Update on my big brother
I guess when it is put that way, it makes it a bit easier. But, man that is a tough one! It is great news that the other issues are improving.
To make each build less crappy than the last one. Or, put another way, "Better than the last one, not as good as the next one!"..

Wow, Steve, that's quite a bit for your family to process. I'm glad to see your brother is making some progress. Hopes and prayers that things continue to improve.

Or just the opposite in my wife's case. They should have taken her gallbladder a year ago.Duke Maddog wrote:Oh man, that bites! What was their reason?
Sometimes it me it seems doctors would rather just cut something off than treat it. I had a friend with an infected toe from a piece of glass. They were insisting on taking off his whole foot at the ankle so he insisted on additional opinions. Finally one doc said no problem, we can heal this.Thank God he still has his foot.
My continued prayers go out for him and his family.
So sorry to hear that they had to take his hand. I know that's gotta be hard to deal with.

Re: Update on my big brother
I heard from my sis in law this morning. My brother is doing much better, the color has returned and he looks much better. I just hope he can recover and get back to where he was in short order. He's got a long rehab ahead.

Excellent news Steve! The perfect Christmas gift! Health. Without that, all else pales.
