It's not that hard to do. I laid down the base color - gloss white.
Next I did the roof, masking where it ends then mask the rest of the car.
Last, mask for the red then mask the rest of the car.

Aw man, that is the suck! I hate when stuff like that happens, but don't worry, she'll be
apples again with a little work. I once melted little divots into a Harrier paint job with rattlecan Glosscoat lacquer and I did by getting in a hurry then too. Good luck with the repair!
