Sorry for letting you wait that long, Gentleman. The inevitable events of life dragged me away from the bench. Today my holidays started so this

3rd Update :writing:

The rims needed a lot of cleanup to get rid of the seamlines. Despite the complex shape of the parts it was an easy task thanks to my ( :drum: ) Flex-I-File. I gave them some serious layers of Gunze Glossy Red

The heat exchangers were mounted to the motor block along with their piping

Now I have to take care of this mess of spiked bits and pieces on the battleground called bench

Many thanks for your motivating comments,

Dude those wheels are lookin great!!! You should take a little Novus #1 to those after the paint cures out Torben! Those things would look like glass after a treatment of that stuff!!
That engine looks awesome as well ! Good stuff bud!

What a beautiful piece of work!
To make each build less crappy than the last one. Or, put another way, "Better than the last one, not as good as the next one!"..

Thanks for the tip, mustang. Thought about ordering Tamiya Compount the other day. But for this time I went the cheap way and rubbed them down with a rag of an old t-shirt.

4th Update :writing:

These rivets are much easier to count than to see (0.3 mm diameter). With their chrome surface they add a great touch to the gearshift and outer frame assembly

The whole chain drive was finished and attached to the engine. Rear mud fender's a drop fit on top of it

The yellow spring damper is an eye catcher, loving it

The port side looks rather buisy now, time to care for starboard...
