Ok question. Can an EA-6B be included in this and can it be partially started?

Not sure of the EA-6B Prowler qualifies for this GB since its primary job is electronic warfare/radar jamming.

Well, they can do electronic reconnaissance- locating and plotting the positions of radars, radios, and other similar systems.
