No, no rocks here.
I worked some more on the Styrofoam and am now ready for the paper strips. I know, what am I doing!!? I told you this was going to by ugly at first.

The next step was to add acrylic gel and wet paper strips. Once this is dry I will work the Styrofoam down some to flatten it and add a second coat of gel. The second coat will smooth it out some.

Thanks guys,
The next step is complete. I added the second layer of gel and smoothed out the waves some. This will take a few days to dry. Once dry I may need to touch up some areas or start the paint.
