Man I want that kit. I once saw a EMS/medical version of that somewhere on the internet and I want to do that!

Progress is looking swell on that 335. I've been wanting that Ryefield kit for a while (at least a year and a half) but know that build is going to be a lengthy commitment so I've not gotten it yet just for that reason. Very detailed kit and would be a definite cool addition to the display cabinet. Progress is coming along nicely on that one too.

Thanks guys!
So this little jewel of a kit is amazing! Packed with detail but not a beginner's kit by any stretch. I completed the frame and Cat engine, painted some detail on both and gave them a nice grimy wash. I know that most will not be seen but that's while I did it now. The underside armor will cover most of the frame and transaxles. Next will be the cab and body.

Thai is such a fun kit! It's been a while since I've enjoyed building suspensions and engines like this...if ever.

All grimed up. Forgot to install the radiator first

Installing the radiator, exhaust and intake hoses and pipes.

I'll add some hoses, wires and other detail after completing the cab.

Beautifully done! I built the 1/72 scale version of that truck and you look like you're having a far better time than I did! Way to go!

Thanks Mark,
Now that I'm back at work my bench time has been cut some. I started on the cab seat frames but nothing to show really. I did get some more time on the engine though.

Great progress on this. Great detail on the chassis and motor. I have a 1/16 Trumpeter MRAP in the stash  It was a gift from my son-in-law who was in the 10th mountain and served in Afghanistan riding around in these. To be honest I'm a bit intimidated by the monster :giggles:
Thanks,
John

I got most of the interior completed except for the seats. Next I work on the cab.

Gosh, this is sooo tempting. I'd really like to start mine... :hmm:
