Gee Bee Part two...Williams Brothers
Re: Gee Bee Part two...Williams Brothers
Looking good Lyle! That's got to be hard laying such long decals down.
March as one, Don't look back
Odin's sons... Attack!
Unleash hell! Do not repent! Warfare grants us no lament
Let your weapons slash and tear This is no place for fear
Hold the lines! Move as one! In unity our victory's won
Our shields will form a mighty wall
United we shall never fall

To make each build less crappy than the last one. Or, put another way, "Better than the last one, not as good as the next one!"..
Re: Gee Bee Part two...Williams Brothers
It looks like you started a Gee Bee wave! Nice work on the pin-striping!

Thank, John! After the fiasco with the Lindbergh Gee Bee, I was/am going to finish one!

The pinstriping is done, well, as done as it will get done. Ain't gonna get any more donner. I'm happy with the results, given it was a new adventure for me. Beats trying to mask it off and paint a 1/72" stripe!
I guess the landing gear is next. Happy, happy, joy, joy.....

Very nice, Lyle. Be sure that white is well cured before too much handling. Don't ask how I learned that!

Thanks, John! It has been down 4 or 5 days.
