The reason I say that is that I can see a line in the white about midway back.

Hnnn. I know I have a couple spots to touch up and more Solvaset to be applied.

She got some legs...finally. Whew, that took way longer than i thought it would. Not very clean work, but I may just leave it. I'm getting to the point that things are not going as I like. So, we slow down. Anyway, wheels are on, need to repaint the tires.

And, now we are wrestling the engine into the cowling...it doesn't fit worth a hoot. Instructions say to sand the tops of the cylinder heads until it does fit. Well, if you knew that was the case, why didn't you fix it?

Lyle! Looks amazing. Follow your instinct to leave the finish as it is for now. Definitely let everything cure for days. Plan your next project. Don’t worry about the engine fit. You’ll get it done.

Thanks, Brucehopper (sorry, couldn't resist). True words. I think I have the engine sanded down enough, so it was attached. Now, how do i get the cowling on? Just kidding....
