I forgot I had these pics of Dyno Don's Mustang II car. The hood is somewhere, but who knows where that is? I think it ended up going with the car when i gave it to my brother Scott for his birthday. He has a sizable collection of my cars and is always willing to add another.

This is the reissue Fire Fighter from some years ago. I found a set of original kit decals from MPC. Kinda wish i had gone with the Slixx set. But, I made em work.
I sanded off the included windshield wipers and drilled em out. Pro Stock cars don't have wipers! I got the front to sit down better than in these pics. These always sit high and they really need to be lower.

I actually liked the mustang II body style. Very retro Maverick. They just had no balls. That horrible post 73 era. Great looking build BTW.
Thanks,
John

Your ability to come out with such an authentic look really makes me sick. Sick I tell you, sick.
That being said, I think you need to come over here to Oklahoma and enter our Rt 66 Model Expo in April and give these guys a run for their money. Awesome stuff, Bob.

Those are truly kind words Paul. Honestly humbling...

I'd love to come out to OK some day, as I know it is a beautiful place. I always strove for authentic detail in my drag builds. I research tirelessly until i am happy I have enough info to move forward. Finishes are the most important to me. If it's sheen and color are right, even a poorly detailed part will look a lot better.

Thank you Sir
