Queen Elizabeth II has died...

Post by BlackSheep214 »

The longest reigning queen for 70 years. She was 96. The world mourns her passing.

Thanks for posting this up Tom.

Its the end of an era here in the UK, it's very sad and more than a few tears have been shed in the Templeton household this evening.

Rest in Peace Ma'am

London Bridge has fallen.
Time for Charles in charge?
Good luck Charlie?
Apparently Camilla will be known as "Queen Consort"

Indeed - King Charles III

I'm sure he'll do well.

Yeah his blood pressure looks like its through the roof. I feel like we will have a King William in the next 10 years.

If Charles is lucky, he has his father’s longevity genes from that side of the family, and not those of the males on the maternal side of his bloodline

The news hit Heidi and me yesterday in the afternoon. To read she was under medical supervision was worrying, but we never expected this to happen.
Being German she wasn’t “our” queen, but we had a high interest in her, her life, and respected her royal dedication serving her country. It is a tremendous loss for the world. So sad.

Watched King Charles's first speech this evening, very moving. I think he'll do well in his new role.
