My opinionated post on EV ended up l being deleted over at modelcarsmag forums.
I am against our government planned ban on ICE automobiles by 2030. I've even posted a lot of disadavantages of owning EVs and exposed lies from these EV advocates from costs to own one, battery replacement/disposal costs, cost to charge them and charging range / range anxiety among consumers. There are a lot of issues of owning them. Very few positives but the negative outweigh the positive ones.
They continue to ignore these realities of EVs.
I get it if folks want to own one because it's good for them. In all honesty, the hype and hoopla of EVs has already cooled. Folks now have no interest or the confidence of owning one.
Face it, nobody is gonna be excited to discover a vintage EV at a barn find... unless it's the Millenium Falcon , Tie Fighter, or X-wing fighter.
