Modeling Gods and my computer

Post by LyleW »

Strange things going on with my computer in the Piddle Palace. I may have angered them by moving it. Over the last couple of weeks, overnight strangeness is happening. The puter is working fine as far as I know, although who knows? None of this happens while I am using it, but appears the next morning. There are 10-12 random windows/tabs open. Some I had had open much earlier. Last night, the w,I’ve was back in our bathroom and said it sounded like the computer as making noises. I wen downstairs to check. Nothing was going on, but a bunch on random stuff was open. I was not on the computer yesterday. So, poltergeists, modeling gods, random strangers or sleep walking? Got me!

In the finishing world we blame the mineral spirits.... :giggles: but seriously, weird. I always shut mine down when finished with it.

Sounds like a good virus scan is in order

It has been pretty well protected since the scammer almost got me. Cost a 150 bucks to have a local computer shop clean and restore windows on it. It get scanned regularly.
