Tom, to use the inkjet you have to paint a white undercoat first, either somewhere on the decal sheet or on the model. All inkjet and most laserjet colors are transparent, so only very dark colors will work without the white undercoat.

Nice score. Love these old simple kits. I think wheels up is the right call!
