Nice!
To make each build less crappy than the last one. Or, put another way, "Better than the last one, not as good as the next one!"..

I’ve been wanting to build the Liberator for years. Believe it or not, I’ve never done one. :bag: Probably as a kid the B-17 Fortress was the better aircraft and the B-24 Liberator was the ugly fragile duckling. :giggles:

The Airfix B-24 Liberator looks to be a decent kit to get. I’ll have to keep an eye out for it at Hobby Lobby when they get their 40% off on model kits.

I've never done one either unless you count the one I built when I was 16 or 17 (Monogram 'D' Moby Dick). It's odd because I love the look of H tail bombers. I have one Revellogram B-24D in the stash and several B-25's in 48 and 72 scale. I really need to fill the H tail gap in my collection...

I did one when I was a kid as well. Something about the cowling shape appeals to me. I may jump in on this as well. jeeze... that will kick off a 4 engine bomber buying spree :bag:
Thanks,
John

Followed by the obligatory Group Build. I'm in...

I haven’t built a B-24 since the original release of the 1/48 Monogram J kit way long ago…

Saw Spencer Pollard do an unboxing of it and it looks nice. Although one of the turrets has the guns molded onto the clear parts. :nono:

:hmm: It does look looks like a nice kit, but I already have a Revell Lancaster and a Italeri Stirling in the stash to build first.
