Re: The Ambulance Bay

:writing: A most impressive line up of some well presented builds !! The V-22 is most impressive too, and I am wondering if the tail section is still a separate part or is it all one moulding now. ? The drones look good too, in fact, the whole lot you should be most happy with. Well done. :dancing: ...

I am always fascinated by just how simple you guys make your builds look.:-/ I really struggle with the "Get the look right" thing and I either over bake or miss something. From what I am seeing here, it will be such a joy to have in your display case. When I clickd on the 'Join Us&q...

Re: Tamiya's 1/48 Ju-87 in desert cammo.

Wow. Great stuff. The camo is awesome. That took a lot of patience I imagine. :D It did take some time, but it was like playing with playdoh with my kids all over again :giggles: I had a fair idea of the outcome, and in fact, I thought I 'overdid' the whole thing, but now that I am looking at some ...

Re: 1:48 Grumman Avenger

:writing: The Avenger is certainly and impressive aircraft for a single engine job.

The way it looks here is even 'bulkier' and intimidating.

I have the HB kit and had fun with it, but this looks a whole lot 'bussier' to build.

Wonderful mate  . Well done.

:writing: :giggles: Yeah, and it was strange that it was my son who came up with the idea of the pellets, so he is the one who should get all the credits, as I just held the air brush. :dogwag:

Thanks for your most valued comments.

Tamiya's 1/48 Ju-87 in desert cammo.

:DI: This model was done some 20 years ago and I used "silly putty" to create the cammo pattern. :writing: I first sprayed the model with the kaki green, I then applied hundreds of small pieces of "Bule Tac" and spread it out in all kinds of weird shapes :what: I then sprayed the...
