Putty is immensely serious business! Well... at least to us modelfolk No prob whatsoever

Really dude? :headslap: I'm just trying to make sure I don't end up with a goopy mess either. If there was some sort of chemical reaction, I need to double check which paints I'm using. No...that was a joke...clearly.. :headslap: I've mentioned at least a half dozen times around here what happened ...

I do know there are putty's (or is it putties?...) outthere that contain solvents in order to keep it plyable. Maybe you had one of those? Then again, the putty i used to use back home in the netherlands did like leaving this oily residue from time to time. Never figured out what it was...

I have never used silly putty before so i cant comment on that. Tried playdoh and that was horrible...

I personally exclusively use poster tack putty. Found some at hobby lobby and the office section over at Target
