The Airfix A-7 isn't a bad kit, although lacking in modern detail (the weapons suck) it does have a full intake trunking and the shape looks good. The Antenna mast in the legacy Tamiya A6M2 kit is possibly the worst molded part in the kit. Trying to clean it up with hobby knife and sandpaper it snapped in two with one half flying off into oblivion. The same thing happened again with one I had in the spares box. The Airfix A-7 is not horrible shapewise IMO and is a decent kit, aside from the ordnance which is typical for an early 70's mold. I mainly acquired this becuase I like the MPC Profile series boxings. I also have an airfix boxing which I may build one day and leave this one as a collectable. Picked...
