This is the first weekday in a long while I didn't have to wake up at 5:30...love summer vacation. Installed the A/C this am after being in a long stretch of heat...might model once things equilibrate.

Went to bed at 8:30 last night and woke up fine so it must've been the shot

Got my second on Friday...felt only the sore arm yesterday...but today I'm feeling like I do when I get a sinus infection...not sure if it's the shot or not...will know tomorrow I suppose.

That's an amazing space- lots of inspiration and a peaceful place to rest and contemplate past conquests!!
