Very nice work Remco! They look sensational.

Steve, these Ohkas; all had 400 to 500 pound bombs in the nose to maximize the damage to the ship upon impact. All except the trainers of course.

I always though that the Okha had some ridiculously large warhead in the nose, 1000lb or torpedo warhead or something along those lines…. They just make an aerodynamic fairing around the bomb, iirc.

It was an even bigger bomb according to the Wikipedia:” The only operational Ohka was the Model 11. Essentially a 1,200-kilogram (2,600 lb) bomb with wooden wings…”

In its essence the Ohka was, what we now call, a rocket assisted guided glide bomb. It used an organic guidance system, the pilot.

Excellent work!
I have that one in my stash and still to do but now you set the benchmark. Will be difficult to be that good.
