I usually build two parts out of four first then join the two assemblies. For instance, floor, back door, and left side; then top, front, and right side. Then do the final join after the glue is well set. Something I often do building RC planes.

That sounds like good ideas. I’ll keep that in mind, as there may be others.

Probably be more laughs tomorrow when I pop it all apart and start over. But, I’m okay with that.

Okay, the trailer box is apart and I am now cleaning up the leftover glue mounds and joints. j

Anyone have a good method for removing the last of the residue from the debonder?

it wasn't square. had a 1/8" twist in it, so the rear doors would not fit properly. Going back together now.
