New arrival from Revell on my porch.

Post by LyleW »

1/32 P-51B. Cool cover art - "Berlin Express" flying under the Eifel, Eyeful, crap, the tall metal tower in Paris. Not a mega kit by any means.
Overview
Skill Level: 2
Scale: 1/32
Length: 13-1/16"
Wingspan: 13-5/8"
Height: 5"
Parts: 64

Image

Anyone interested? As usual, mainly an OOB build, reviewing for the average builder.
To make each build less crappy than the last one. Or, put another way, "Better than the last one, not as good as the next one!"..

Man, the Berlin Express Mustang is one subject I've been wanting to do in 1/48 scale. How soon do you need the review and build done by? I'll take a stab at it, Lyle.

Nice! I suspect that it is a re issue of their "Shangri La" P-51B kit from way back when.

I never done a 1/32 kit before so there's a first time for everything. I'll do it.

YOU DA MAN! With 64 parts, it can't be too bad. Make for one heck-uva dio wouldn't it? A 1/32 tower. wow. I'll get it out to you in a day or two or three. Timing is open, but 4-6 weeks, right Stik?

That is coming soon. I need to clear some stuff off of my workbench first. That is a BIG sucker!
