I'd love to see someone do the half track military motorcycle.

I believe the Kettenkrad is the old ESCI kit. I've seen one built up at an old local shop that no longer exists. It looks pretty impressive when built.

I wouldn't mind tackling the Italeri 1/35 World of Tanks 38t Hetzer, being the Hurri is out of commission at the moment. :hmm:

Yes, the 1/9 Kettenkrad is just another re-issue of the vintage kit. I did one waayyy back when at school. Managed to get another one on a model show some years ago for a nice price. The Kettenkrad (abbreviation for "Ketten-Kraftrad" or "tracked motorcycle") is a really nice kit, if you are aware that it is a rather old kit. There are spriongs given for the interleaved wheels to be moveable, also the driver´s seat is sprung. The Opel Olympia 4-cylinder car engine is basic, but cool. This kit also comes with some equipment such as a steel helmet. An Oldie but Goodie!

The Hetzer should be an as ancient kit as the Kettenkrad. I did one as a very young boy, and think to remember a nice (speak: simplified) kit according to its age.

Both are cool blasts of the past!

I looked the Hetzer up on Scalemates and it had it's start in the 60's, in fact I may have build that one before. It looks like they added some parts and new decals, no doubt for the WOT players.
I bet I can make something out of it.
