EDUARD Distributor Leaflet October 2018

Post by mostrich »

It's quarterscale-month at Eduard's.

October Leaflet

(Sometimes it loads slowly. I recommend to use the "save target as" option of your browser.)

Oooooo…. I'm liking the Czech Post war 109 and the Mig - especially the Mig due to several decal options!

Those Eduards "Löök" instrument panels...

Have never seen them in real, wonder if anyone here has seen them ?

They look certainly as good as Yahus IP:s

Most interesting. Some good stuff for 1/48 scale modelers.

Are these the only announcements we get? I remember we used to get announcements from other companies too.

You know... I usually like to check out HasegawaUSA website to see what new kits are coming. So when I typed in hasegawausa.com, it directs me to TowerHobbies website. I was like WTH?!? Did Tower Hobbies buy out or merged with Hasegawa?

Tamiya has a brand new website interface. Takes a little bit getting used to but not too bad.

I also like to go to Hobbylink Japan; but then they send me newsletters so....

I just like to know what's happening out there for myself and others.

Good points, Tom and Mark. For what this is worth I made a quick survey of what is available as a newsletter from various companies: Airfix and Tamiya (Remember Tamiya News?) are directing traffic to their magazines, websites and Facebook sites. Tom posted the link to Tamiya already, but I have no problem asking on our behalf if there are product feeds available—Tamiya’s website New Releases are for the year, ditto the “rumors” of Airfix—I did find Trumpeter’s new products organized by month but not as a pdf. Revell of Germany is certainly worth asking—but I am coming to the understanding that the major manufacturing side of plastic kit modeling is fragmented and segmented. In the wake of Revell USA’s collapse and the fall of Hobbico, did that leave Hasegawa without US distribution?

This is a great topic and I hope we pursue this further!
