I like when my models have an interesting story to them. And I think the German Nuke Story is quite interesting.
Every time I let my look sweep over my collection the models remind me not only on what they're depicting or the time I had building it, but also on some technical, political or cultural side notes. I'm really enjoying this aspect.

I agree that those roles are fascinating. The nuclear strike role, be it tactical or strategic, is quite involved and demanding when one looks at the mission profiles to be flown and weapons to be used. Which thankfully never came to pass between NATO and the Warsaw Pact.
