Still making some progress on the painting - it's taking a lot longer than I would have liked, blooming real-life getting in the way.

Oh damn and blast! Sorry John, I've been talking to a friend of mine today on FB - his name is Jim. It's been a long day.

I like Mr Kim though - that has a good ring to it!

Oh that's perfectly alright! No offense taken. John Kim is such a common name. At my church, we had to develop a way to differentiate between 3-4 John Kim's. I became Mr. John because I was the oldest. Since then, a lot of people refer to me as Mr John, especially all of the people in Central Asia, Russia and India that I've met on my mission trips.

Awesome work Stuart! I don't see any real issues with that.

John, I know what you go through. With so many 'Marks' in any group I'm a part of, I just go by "the Duke" to help me know when someone is addressing me.

Got a coat of future on this last night - and started some decals today.

Sadly they're a touch out of register - but not enough to be unusable - I'll have to do some touch ups though. I've also ordered some Vallejo satin varnish.

Looks pretty good Stuart. What squadron markings are those?
