The Duke's Shipyards Launches a Swift Boat.

Post by Duke Maddog »

This month we were able to complete one maritime craft. This is the 1/72 scale Revell Swift Boat:

That's it for this month, hopefully more to come down the slipways next year.

My apologies for the picture quality, I still haven't found my camera.

That is a neat one. I need one.
To make each build less crappy than the last one. Or, put another way, "Better than the last one, not as good as the next one!"..

Not a ship guy, but I’ve seen a bunch. Never that one. Cool build and great markings.
Thanks,
John

That turned out very sharp Mark! A great addition to your Brown Water Navy :shoutout:

Thank you Lyle! I'd love to see you get and build one!

Thank you John! This one is a relatively new model; just came out earlier this year.

Thank you Blacksheep! Yes, you do need one!

Thank you Carlos! I'm trying to see how many of these small, fast boats I can build.

Thank you Mike! Two boats down; about four more to go.
